Atelier minHuy provides interior design and interior architecture services for workplaces, hospitality projects, retail spaces, and private interiors. Each project is developed through a structured yet flexible process, adapted to the nature, scale, and complexity of the assignment. Our work combines spatial design, material research, technical coordination, and on-site follow-up, with the aim of delivering coherent and well-crafted spaces. ⸻ Project approach & phases Interior design projects are generally organised through a series of phases, which may vary depending on the project scope and constraints. These phases typically include: • Esquisse / Orientation Initial analysis, spatial intentions, references, and overall design direction. • Avant-Projet Development of the concept through layout studies, material choices, and first technical considerations. This phase may include Avant-Projet Esquisse (APE) and Avant-Projet Définitif (APD). • Appel d’offres Preparation of documents and coordination with contractors and suppliers for pricing and feasibility. • Exécution Technical development, detailed drawings, and coordination with consultants and manufacturers. • Suivi de chantier Site follow-up, coordination with contractors, and design adjustments when required. • Remise Final checks, completion, and project handover. ⸻ Flexibility & collaboration While projects are structured in phases, the process remains flexible. Depending on the project, certain phases may overlap or evolve, reflecting real site conditions, planning constraints, and decision-making processes. This pragmatic approach ensures continuity between design intent and execution. ⸻ Fees & payments Fees are generally structured by project phase, with an initial amount required to start the assignment.
